Appointments
Dr. Provine respects your time. He knows the value of keeping
on schedule and makes every effort to do so. Every appointment is a reservation
for that individual. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, we ask
that you please give us 24 hour notice. This allows us time to contact
a patient that may need that time. As a courtesy we will call and remind
you of your next visit prior to your appointment time.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping to maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. Your estimated portion must be paid at the time of service. Most insurance companies require pre-estimates for major services such as crowns, bridges, partials, etc. We often file pre-treatment estimates for lesser services as a courtesy to our patients. This information allows our patients to better financially plan their dental treatment. We offer several methods of payment: cash check and credit card services which include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are also affiliated with Capital One Dental Fee Plan.
We make every effort to help our patients understand their dental treatment and cost involved. We encourage our patients to discuss financial arrangements when scheduling appointment for major services.
